The deeper you get into the tech sphere, the more unintelligible the job titles seem to be. “DevOps Engineers” and “Cloud Engineers” are two jobs that sound very similar, but they’re quite distinct. Like many jobs in the tech space, there’s some overlap between them, but there’s a reason that DevOps Engineer and Cloud Engineer are separate job roles.
Review just a few job descriptions and you’ll quickly realize that cloud engineers are often just cloud-based DevOps engineers.
