The world has roughly 27 million software developers, and that number will grow to 45 million by the year 2030. If you are one of them, you have an outsized impact on the world — and more so if you manage a group of developers.

We aren’t proclaiming “Make a developer happy, and save the world” but we recommend that companies establish Developer Productivity and Happiness (DPH) teams.
