No amount of planning, preparation, or conservative practices can prevent incidents. Some items are simply outside of our control and it isn’t possible to plan for every imaginable scenario.
While incidents are not within our control, how we respond to those incidents is something we can manage.
Specifically, we are focused on situations that are currently, or have a high probability of, impacting our users.
