It is no longer the manager that decides for the team, it is the team (which includes the customer) that makes decisions, factors that may introduce uncertainty and difficulties.

It is important that even small improvements and contributions are recognized and celebrated.Agile software development may not be for everyone but it is also important to remember that agility is not binary.
