I t’s not my intention to offend anyone, but I do want to share my experience from a recent project with you. Some of you may disagree and I’m definitely simplifying some aspects, but nonetheless, let me share my point of view.

The technical point of failure was quickly found, but it was unclear why it was implemented like this.

Documentation is underrated and often mocked in today’s practical agile implementation in many companies and it seems like there are good reasons for it.

The best way is to produce just enough documentation for the right audience at the right time and place.
