Anti-patterns of an ageing IT team.

irst off, I would like to say that I am part of an ageing IT myself, so this is not going to be a ‘holier than thou’ article admonishing your ‘IT ways’. These are merely my observations. There are a hundred books and talks explaining these concepts in a multitude of ways so all this is really trying to do is to get you to notice these patterns around you, if they exist.

Quick ways to know that your IT team has at least some of these anti-patterns.

You need people in the team who are ‘problem solvers’, who are keen to take on challenges and are not worried about failing.
