Bluesky vs. Nostr — Which Should Developers Care about More?

Add to the list Scuttlebutt, an open protocol that https://thenewstack.io/scuttlebutt-decentralize-and-escape-the-social-media-rat-race/, and there are now https://thenewstack.io/twitter-turmoil-we-need-an-open-protocol-for-public-discourse/ challenging the proprietary software of Elon Musk’s Twitter.
In https://youtu.be/iIwBDvkkEnQ, long-time social media developer Rabble (a.k.a. https://www.linkedin.com/in/rabble/) explained that he has moved his focus from Scuttlebutt to the Nostr protocol.
Rabble also commented on the differences between Nostr and Bluesky (which is basically a Twitter clone at this point).
It’s too early to say which of AT Protocol or Nostr (or ActivityPub) is better for developers when it comes to evaluating decentralized social media protocols.
