When I was a software developer manager, there were a lot of questions. And most of these were questions to which I did not have a good answer.

Seeing it rise let’s you know that there is an issue and enables you to do something about it before it becomes a problem.

And you can see that and check in on things.

It’s something that is hard to track and you usually find out too late to do anything about it.
