An application is provisioned (or started) when you need it and taken down when it’s not in use. That’s on-demand provisioning and in the serverless world, it can save you a lot of money.

But, does it even makes sense? For one, the user experience suffers while the app is being provisioned(depending on how long it takes to start up).
