IBM Allies with ServiceNow to Bridge DevOps Divide with ITIL

IBM and ServiceNow today announced an alliance under which IBM Global Technology Services (GTS) will collaborate with ServiceNow to make DevOps processes IBM and ServiceNow will make DevOps processes and events visible to a ServiceNow IT service management platform based on the ITIL framework.
