Years ago, I was fortunate to befriend someone with experience in startups, IT operations, and development. I’ll call this knowledgeable friend Bob. One of our conversations started like this “Bob I’m trying to automate something that makes my soul want to die and I am stuck.”

When I told the story about my friend Bob, did that remind you of yourself or sound like someone you want to become?
