ServiceNow today made available an update, dubbed Quebec, to its Now platform that adds a set of low-code application development tools. Marcus Torres, general manager for IntegrationHub and vice president of platform product management at ServiceNow, said the Creator Workflows tool leverages existing App Engine and IntegrationHub capabilities in the platform to make it possible for both end users and professional developers to build custom applications faster using a visual development tool dubbed App Engine Studio.
In general, ServiceNow is making a case for building applications on the same platform that many IT organizations already employ to manage IT.
Of course, there is no shortage of options when it comes to low-code and no-code tools these days.
