Should You Get Kubernetes Certified?

With Kubernetes being part of CNCF and the industry taking a more cloud-native approach, Kubernetes engineers are in demand as never before. The Cloud Native Computing Foundation, in collaboration with the Linux Foundation, has come up with certificate offerings that allow developers, system administrators, and cybersecurity personnel to validate their knowledge on Kubernetes.

If you are working in the Cloud-Native world, involved in Kubernetes because of your work or your interest, it will help you in the end.

I’ve seen a few organisations mandating the certification, and in that scenario, it would be helpful for you to quickly get within the shortlisted candidates. At least in the course of preparing for these certifications, you will learn the core of Kubernetes and would appreciate what it can and cannot do.
