Gene Kim has come up with his follow up to “The Phoenix Project” — “The Unicorn Project”. I just put this down and I can tell you that this a must read for every leader in Enterprise IT whether they are starting, in the middle of or oblivious of digital transformation. As Phoenix project gave rise to the “The Three Ways”, The Unicorn Project gives rise to “The Five Ideals”.

I can probably guarantee that almost every single one of her stories will resonate with you no matter where you sit in the organization. The challenges & situations sometimes feel a little exaggerated for effect but they do succeed in having the effect !!!
