Having worked on Azure Cosmos DB and being a founding member of Azure Synapse Analytics, I have had the chance to work deeply across transactional and analytics workloads. Below I will share some scenarios that make analytics over JSON necessary and explain how a data platform can best support analytics in modern applications with JSON.
