This month we'll be doing a quick panel with community members on topics related to going back to the office (or not), then discussing in breakout sessions. Some initial questions will be:

• What are some of the biggest challenges you’ve encountered or anticipate when reintegrating into a shared physical workspace?
• What are some gaps and/or optima in how it’s being rolled out by management/leadership?
• How have teams decided to approach going back to the office?
