In 2017, Code & Supply conducted a compensation survey of its membership. We surveyed nearly 10% of our then nearly 3,000 member organization. C&S' membership has vastly increased in that time! Between that and the simple passage of time, we want to do another compensation survey!

Last time, we used small groups at our Build Night events to help build the questions and a small team performed the analysis.

This time, we're going to have a dedicated "working group" style Meetup to kick off the effort and we'll decide how we want to run it at that meeting.

We'll also start thinking about questions and how we're going to analyze the data.
