Marianne Bellotti -- "Future-Proofing Systems (and Modernizing Aging Ones)"

Today's DevOps is tomorrow's legacy, so how do you future-proof your systems, and modernize existing ones? Marianne Bellotti examines aging computer systems, the evolution of technology over time, and how organizations can modernize, maintain, and future-proof their current systems

Marianne Bellotti is the author of the forthcoming book: Kill It with Fire: Manage Aging Computer Systems (and Future Proof Modern Ones), coming February 2021.

Marianne is a Principal Engineer at Rebellion Defense. Previously, she worked for United States Digital Service, modernizing some of the oldest and most complicated computer systems in the world, and she's worked as a Senior Engineering Manager for Auth0. She writes for Medium at https://medium.com/@bellmar.
