You're a Leader, We're Leaders: How to BE in a DevOps Context

DevOps is not just about implementing a new set of tools. DevOps challenges organizations to rethink their values, principles, methods, and practices. There's one more aspect that needs rethinking - who, in a DevOps world, can be a leader. The truth is anyone and everyone can and should be a leader. Join Marlene Ziobrowski and Jonathan Rozenblit for a discussion in which, through the sharing of stories and practical guidance drawn from coaching individuals, teams, and organizations, you’ll get a glimpse of what it takes to be a leader in a DevOps context and how you can help individuals, teams, the organization succeed with DevOps.

About speakers:
Marlene Ziobrowski has been learning with and coaching prospering technical teams for 20+ years. An avid communicator, teaching-and-learning-researcher and practitioner, and people-first enthusiast, she's an Agile Coaching Institute Certified Teams Transformation Coach (CTTC) and a ICAgile Certified Expert in Agile Coaching (ICE-AC). Beyond learning and thriving, her passions are helping people to identify business value and cultivate leadership thought to grow powerful people-centric organizations.

Jonathan Rozenblit has served in a variety of hands-on and management roles throughout his technical career. A Certified Agile Leader (CAL) and ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC), he now uses that experience to serve as an organizational coach working with leaders, product owners, Scrum masters/team coaches, and dev team members on Agile role mastery and best practices; multi-team collaboration and solution delivery; and team and individual high performance.
