>_Marcus Maxwell (@mindful_monk) 3 musketeers: test, build, and deploy your apps from anywhere, the same way

Does it take ages for a new engineer in your team to build the codebase? Is all the build logic in your CI/CD system hidden behind esoteric groovy files? Are you tired of spending time tweaking Jenkins instead of building apps? If you answered “Yes” to any of these questions, then you should know you are not alone and that many engineers are currently battling their CI/CD systems. There is another way though, with a bit of docker, docker-compose and a makefile you might be able to avoid all this pain and achieve a more consistent way to test, build and deploy your applications.

Marcus is a Principal Consultant at Contino and has been helping multiple enterprise organizations with their cloud native journeys. He has worked on building landing zones for AWS and Azure, hacked insecure kubernetes clusters and locked down exposed S3 buckets.

>_Kerim Satirli (@ksatirli) Understanding the Docker Provider for Terraform

Kerim is a Developer Advocate at HashiCorp, where he works on creating a positive experience for developers and infrastructure engineers.

In this talk Kerim will explain how HashiCorp Terraform can be used to maintain infrastructure as code and how this ties into the Docker world.
