Victor Hernandez is a Solutions Architect at GitLab, part of the Customer Success Team. As an SA, Victor provides pre-sales support and enablement to prospects and customers seeking to learn and understand the value of GitLab as a complete DevOps solution.

Victor has spent the last 20 years in the software industry, championing excellent software and customer satisfaction.  His career with software development teams spans roles as a Quality Assurance Engineer, Team Lead, Manager, and Director of QA across several organizations serving different industry verticals - dental practice management systems, transportation logistics, network management and security, and Agile portfolio and project management solutions.  Starting in 2005, he had the privilege of helping teams as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach in their adoption of Agile practices for delivering value with high quality.  In 2010, he took on the role of a Software Sales and Solutions Engineer with VersionOne to provide expertise in the practical application of sound Agile development, portfolio and project management methods to prospects and customers seeking an Agile project management solution. He believes GitLab is the next logical evolution of modern software development practices and tooling, and delights being in the Cloud Native DevOps space.
