Kubemas

London Kubernauts,

2019 is slowly approaching its end and what better way to celebrate its closure by attending your favourite London Meetup?

We shall look nostalgically at our accomplishments, shed a tear for Docker and rally up for 2020 at the night filled with great talks by even better speakers!

First things first! Big thanks to our sponsor, Monzo, who have kindly provided the venue and food for the night. Let's give them the first round of [virtual] applause \o/

Second round of applause goes to Weave.Works (https://www.weave.works/) who have stepped in and provided Christmas drinks at a nearby pub where we will head after the Meetup to raise a glass or two to close the year off.

Weave.Works have been the most active company [not only] in London in Kubernetes space right from the beginning building the Cloud Native tools, championing GitOps, the large majority of us have been using for years, some of you not even knowing about them.

They are actively hiring (just like everyone) both for London and remote roles. Please have a look here (https://www.weave.works/company/hiring/). Weave folks will be present at the Meetup and in the pub, so don't hesitate to chat to them.

We are looking forward to seeing you all at Monzo on 28th,

Until then stay awesome,

Please be aware we will be checking names at the door and attendance is strictly limited. To make it fair to everyone we will start letting in people from the waitlist on a first come, first served basis from about 18:45 onwards until we reach max capacity. Please bring your ID. Apologies in advance if you don't make it in - please join us online for the live stream and in the pub afterwards! 🙏
