Kubernetes is one of the most popular technologies in cloud computing at the moment but it can be really confusing at times. Running containers in production is a tricky challenge but Kubernetes makes it a lot easier.

Come along to learn about container orchestration and get hands-on experience in managing a container cluster with Kubernetes.

* Prior knowledge and preparation:

** This is a workshop is aimed at people who have no experience with Kubernetes. A basic understanding of containers will be helpful but is not required.
** This time we will practice on IBM cloud. Connection and registration to the IBM cloud will be done during the workshop.

Avi Vizel is the University Relations Manager & Developer Advocate with more than 25 years of experience working at IBM with large scale projects, monitoring, and teaching. In the last years, Avi works mostly with academia and the young generation of developers focusing on modern dev technologies.
