So we will start the new year with a PayTalk session. You will anonymously provide your job function, years experience and annual salary. We will disaggregate that info and present it for conversation. This will help you to understand your value in todays market.

We will foster the pay conversation along with many others in our (not) patented micro open spaces format. Think of this as a 2-ish hour conference of topics you bring and discussions you want to have. We will start the new year by refreshing the topics I'll be hunting for content on throughout the year.
